Chicken Lollipop

Chicken Lollipop (raw) is available in market. If not you can make them from chicken by artistically carving the wings portion of it.

First of all defrost the lollipops (400 -500 g) and clean them well.

Add two tablespoon full soya sauce, one table spoon corn flour, one egg, one teaspoon garlic paste and a pinch of salt together and mix them well. Add the lollipops to this and keep for half an hour or more in refrigerator.

Now deep fry the chicken lollipops and serve with sauce or tomato chutney
