Adwords vs Adsense

I find that my advertisements in Adwords is decreasing my Adsense earnings.

When I pause the ads, the earnings increase by 30% to 100%. When I restart the ads, again my earnings decrease.

I feel that this is because most of the visitors are coming to my site by searching the net. When I advertise, there is some Google logic by which my visitors aer not properly counted or accounted for adsense earnings.

Have you experienced anything like this? Please comment. If it is a common problem, Google must correct it for the benefit of both advertisers and publishers.
